Connect to your Higher Self, the ascended aspect of you that is able to understand your life's journey on your path to evolution.

Join us as we gather to connect to our Higher Self, also called Soul Self. The aspect of ourselves that has a connection to understanding our soul's path and how to best work with our karma in this lifetime. We will connect to gain clarity in our life's journey and ask for direction in a way that only our soul can understand. Within the class, tools will be shared on how to connect and ask for clarity, as well as use this connection as a manifestation tool, thus allowing us to go deeper into the process of our soul's ascension.

We will begin by realigning our energy system with a guided meditation that will allow our vessels to be in a state of ease. Our bodies will then be open to receive and connect into our deeper knowing. Once we have allowed time for inquiry, sharing and integration, we will move into a space of connection to self and the community that has been created within the circle.

This is a beautiful way to connect with ourselves, our soul and community. It is such a gift to connect and ascend with community as a collective, thus allowing us to move forward in our lives in elevated awareness with tools to support our evolution.
