Self Love Jumpstart Immersion extended weekend held within the mountains of Colorado. We will immerse in an extended weekend in late September to early October to connect into ourselves and shift into a higher vibration full of intention and Self Love.

The weekend will be all about shifting our thoughts, diet and routines through connecting to nature, going within and immersing in a high vibe life. As we look deep within, we will come into the awareness of where we are holding conditioning, self sabotage and old patterns that no longer serve us. We will address and shift our diet of food, self talk and the environment we have created and engage with. You will be supported to move into alignment with a life of Self Love and acceptance. Upon your departure you will have a deep understanding of how to shift your patterns, connect to yourself, nature and your best life as you move forward in alignment with Self Love.
